Can my delivery be a surprise? |

Great Question! Your cake delivery includes this extra special service to put our bakers in touch with your recipient with special consideration to remain anonymous, ensuring the best possible personalized 'surprise' cake delivery. Your cake will be delivered from our preferred bakers in your location. Our baker insist that they never leave fresh cakes on a doorstep, and will always plan to get your fresh-baked cakes directly to your recipient. Please make sure you have included at least one working USA phone number when order ing. A USA number recipient cell phone is very helpful as well: (+++) +++ ++++. |

How will my recipient be contacted without ruining the surprise? |

Our delivery service includes making everything as easy for you as possible. We will contact your recipient to confirm delivery time and location to work within their schedule. When we call to confirm your gift order, we will inform your recipient of a 'surprise gift delivery' and will not identify ourselves as a baker. Please note if your recipient has caller identification, that occasionally the identification of the baker may be disclosed. Your recipient may have a hint of what is coming, but they will never be able to guess exactly what is in store for them. Most recipients surveyed mentioned that the anticipation of a surprise really made their special day worth the wait! |

How can I increase my chances of a total surprise? |

If you want to make certain that your recipient wont know what is arriving on their special day, choose to deliver their item at work. A quarter sheet cake is just $5 more than a round cake, and serves up to 20 people, and you may choose to deliver to a co-worker, to maximize the chances of a surprise delivery. Please make sure to provide accurate contact name and phone number information if you would like to deliver your cake to your recipients place of work. |

Can I send my gift anonymously? |

We recommmend that you include your name on the card message that will accompany your gift. Due to high gift rejection rates from recipients refusing to accept anonymous gifts, we cannot guarantee your gift if you do not include your name and special message. Please avoid delivery delays by including your name. Your special recipient will appriciate it on their special day! |
