Our unique full-service delivery includes confirming your recipient's availability with our bakery, so that we may accommodate a successful delivery attempt on their special day. Our bakers cannot make a delivery attempt without confirming availability first with your recipient. what is a peak day? Delivery dates on or near holidays are considered peak days and often due to high volume, bakeries have less flexibility regarding delivery time. Most of the time they can deliver your cakes in the 9:00am - 12:00 Noon delivery window, or at the best time for your recipient for their birthday cake delivery. We will inform you at once should there be ever a scheduling change request by our bakery if our original delivery timeline is not still available. This is very infrequent, but seldom does occur. | | | |

Our service includes making your delivery as hassle free as possible. Upon confirming your recipient's availability, occasionally they may choose to have the delivery done at a different time than you originally select. If the receiver and baker coordinate a preferred delivery time other than the time requested on the order, with or without notification to you, the order will still be considered appropriately fulfilled by our guarantee. To maximize the chances of a successful delivery, you may wish to get in touch with your recipient to check their schedule during their special day. Unlike flowers, hand delivered cakes cannot be left at the door. Someone must be available to accept the gift. In addition, we must be able to reach the recipient or an alternate contact at the delivery address prior to delivery. Receiver’s cell phone numbers are very useful in coordinating a delivery. If we are unable to reach the receiver prior to delivery, the delivery may be delayed until contact is made. Therefore, our bakers can bake a fresh cake as close to your delivery time window suggestion as possible, and then hand deliver it to your recipient's doorstep! |
