You may cancel your order at any time outside of 3 days for a full refund.
Your order may not be cancelled (but may be rescheduled) if:
1. If a tracking number has been assigned to your order.
2. Your order is within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note cancellation fees will apply within 1-2 days of your delivery.
Cancellations for Tuesday must be received no later than the previous Friday 12pm Eastern time, as orders will be scheduled for delivery and cannot be modified or cancelled after this time. |
