Our service includes making your delivery as hassle free as possible. Upon confirming your recipient's availability, occasionally they may choose to have the delivery done on a different day than you originally select. If the receiver and baker coordinate a preferred delivery date other than the date requested on the order, with or without notification to you, the order will still be considered appropriately fulfilled by our guarantee. To maximize the chances of a successful delivery, you may wish to get in touch with your recipient to check their schedule during their special day. Unlike flowers, hand delivered cakes cannot be left at the door. Someone must be available to accept the gift. In addition, we must be able to reach the recipient or an alternate contact at the delivery address prior to delivery. Receiver’s cell phone numbers are very useful in coordinating a delivery. If we are unable to reach the receiver prior to delivery, the delivery may be delayed until contact is made. Therefore, our bakers can bake a fresh cake as close to your delivery date as possible, and then hand deliver it to your recipient's doorstep! |
